Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nyra, its bots, and this dashboard (together, the "Service"). By adding Nyra to a server, signing in, or purchasing premium, you agree to the terms below.

1. The Service

Nyra provides moderation, protection and utility functionality for Discord servers through three bots — Nyra (free), Nyra Pro (paid) and Nyra Custom (white-label) — plus this dashboard. We may change, add, or remove features at any time.

Nyra is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's own minimum age — 13, or higher where your local law says so — to use the Service. You're responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are.

3. Accounts and access

Dashboard access is authenticated through Discord OAuth. You're responsible for keeping your Discord account secure — anyone with access to it can access this dashboard as you. Configuring a server through the dashboard requires Discord's Manage Server permission, or a role its owner has nominated.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Don't attempt to abuse, exploit, or overload the bot or API.
• Don't use Nyra's moderation tools to harass, or to evade Discord's own enforcement.
• Don't resell or redistribute premium keys outside of authorized channels.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Whop. We never see or store your card details. Nyra Pro is sold monthly or yearly, and Nyra Custom monthly; current prices are on the pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your premium page at any time — cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the time you've already paid for intact. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Buying while signed in activates premium on your account automatically. Buying signed out, or as a gift, issues a license key instead.

6. Premium and license keys

Premium access is granted through valid license keys tied to your Discord account. Keys are single-use and non-transferable once redeemed.

Nyra Pro keys, gift keys, subscriptions, and entitlements are intended for personal use and may not be resold, traded, transferred for monetary value, or commercially redistributed without authorization from Nyra. This applies to gift keys as well as regular purchases. Users found reselling or commercially distributing Nyra Pro keys may have their Nyra account permanently banned and any associated subscriptions, keys, or entitlements revoked without refund.

Premium time earned by voting is a courtesy, granted at our discretion, and carries no cash value.

7. Your server's data

Records Nyra creates for a server — moderation cases, ticket transcripts, appeal answers, configuration — belong to that server and are visible to its staff. If you administer a server, you're responsible for telling your members what you've enabled, and for handling what you see there lawfully. What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

Some features depend on services we don't control — Discord itself, Whop for payments, Last.fm for listening data, and Top.gg for voting. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their availability. Listening data is supplied by Last.fm and remains theirs.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these terms, without refund, at our discretion. You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the bots from your servers.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automated moderation and anti-nuke protection reduce risk; they don't eliminate it, and they can act on the wrong thing. Keep your own backups and your own permissions in order. We aren't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Nyra Custom (white-label bot)

Nyra Custom lets you connect your own Discord bot application ("your bot") to run Nyra's functionality under your own branding. By purchasing Nyra Custom, you additionally agree that:

• You are solely responsible for creating and maintaining your own Discord application and bot token, and for that bot's compliance with Discord's own Terms of Service and Developer Policy.
• You must never share your bot token with anyone. We store it encrypted and use it only to operate Nyra's functionality on your behalf. We aren't responsible for unauthorized use of your bot resulting from the token being exposed, lost, or shared outside this dashboard.
• A Nyra Custom subscription licenses your bot to a single Discord server. If your bot is added to a second server, it will automatically leave that server. Running your bot on more than one server requires a separate Custom subscription for each.
• Nyra Custom subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be resold.
• We may revoke or suspend a Nyra Custom subscription, including disconnecting your bot, for violations of these terms or suspected abuse.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
