Refund Policy

We want premium to be worth it. Here's how refunds work for license key purchases.

1. Eligibility

You can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided the license key hasn't already been redeemed. Once a key is redeemed and premium features have been used, purchases are generally final.

2. How to request a refund

Contact us through our support server with your order details (email used at checkout, order ID or receipt). Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

3. Exceptions

• Keys purchased in error and unredeemed are eligible outside the 48-hour window on a case-by-case basis.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
