Partners Terms of Service

These terms apply specifically to third-party bots and services listed on our Partners page. They're separate from — and in addition to — our regular Terms of Service.

1. Partner bots are third-party products

Bots listed on the Partners page are developed and operated independently by their own creators. Adding a partner bot to your server is a direct relationship between you and that bot's operator — Nyra is not a party to it.

2. No liability

We do not develop, control, or maintain partner bots, and we aren't responsible for their uptime, behavior, data handling, moderation actions, or any damage, data loss, or disruption they cause to your server. Use of any partner bot is entirely at your own risk.

3. No endorsement of quality or safety

Listing a bot here isn't a guarantee of its quality, security, or reliability. Review a partner bot's own terms, privacy policy, and permissions request before adding it, the same way you would for any other third-party Discord bot.

4. Permissions and data

A partner bot may request its own Discord permissions and may collect or process data independently of Nyra. That handling is governed by the partner's own policies, not ours.

5. Removal

We may remove a bot from the Partners page at any time, for any reason, without notice. Removal from this list doesn't remove a bot you've already added from your server — you'll need to remove it yourself.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the Partners page after changes means you accept the updated terms.
